Who we are

Asbilo is operated by Bandox Corp ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we handle when companies and their people use Asbilo and the asbilo.com website.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, work e-mail address, company, role, team and language.
• Customer Data: drawings, field records, photos, notes and approvals that users add to a workspace.
• Sign-in and device information: session records, a short description of the browser or device used to sign in, and technical logs such as IP addresses kept for security.
• Billing information: card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us. We keep the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, the billing status and storage measurements.
• Messages: what you send through the contact form or by e-mail.

How we use it

To provide and secure Asbilo; to sign people in; to send service e-mails such as sign-in codes, review requests and weekly reports (users can turn off review and report e-mails in their personal settings); to bill subscriptions; to answer support requests; and to understand aggregated usage so we can improve the service. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

Customer Data

Customer Data belongs to the company that owns the workspace. We process it on the company's behalf. Company administrators decide who has access and can export records at any time. Our staff access Customer Data only for support the company asks for, to keep the service secure and working, or when required by law.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run Asbilo: DigitalOcean (hosting and backups, United States), Stripe (payments and invoices), Resend (e-mail delivery) and, if your company uses it, Google (sign-in). Each receives only what it needs for its task.

Cookies

Asbilo uses cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The asbilo.com website does not use analytics cookies.

Retention

We keep account information and Customer Data while the company's workspace exists. When a subscription ends, the workspace stays available in read-only form for at least 90 days so the company can export its records. The company may then ask us to delete it; we delete it within 30 days of the request, except for copies in backups, which expire on their normal schedule, and records we must keep by law. Contact-form messages are kept for up to two years.

Security

Asbilo is served over HTTPS, separates each company's access by workspace, limits staff access, and keeps regular backups. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify affected companies as required by law.

Your choices

You can review and update your name and language in Asbilo. To access, correct, export or delete personal information, ask your company administrator or contact us through the contact form. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

Asbilo is a business service and is not directed to children.

Where information is stored

Asbilo is hosted in the United States. If you use Asbilo from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell company administrators by e-mail or in the app before the change takes effect.
